At The Treadmill Factory, we stand behind the quality of our fitness equipment and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the right fit, you can return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the item is disassembled, clean, and securely packed in its original manufacturer's box with all manuals and hardware included.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the RA number to the outside of the package and ship it back to our main distribution center or bring it to any of our retail store locations.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
